Request Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your data from Living On Grace, both the account itself and the data tied to it.
Living On Grace (“LOG”) stores your data on your device by default. If you never enabled cloud sync, your data was never sent to us, so there is nothing on our servers to delete. Deleting the app removes everything.
1. Delete everything from inside the app
The fastest way is in the app itself. This works whether or not you enabled cloud sync.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm. This wipes all local data and, if sync was on, queues the server-side delete.
If you also want to remove your sync account, choose Delete my account in the same screen. Cloud-synced data is deleted within 24 hours of the request.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app, or you want us to handle it for you, send a request to support@livingongrace.app from the email address you used for cloud sync.
Please include:
- The subject line “Data deletion request”.
- The email address linked to your account, if you used sync.
We respond within 30 days, usually within 7. We never ask for a password or any payment to process a deletion request.
3. What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover data once it is gone, so export anything you want to keep first.
4. Export before you delete
If you want a copy of your data first, open Settings and choose Export my data. You get a plain JSON file with everything, readable by any tool.
